The Loading and Welcome Page Trick
You can set up a welcome page for your profile, so people need to click the enter button on your welcome page before they able to proceed.
The trick was created by Bhawika. You'll need to prepare some images for your loading text, enter button, and background. The complete tutorial and generator can be found on this page.
The new version works on Internet Explorer and Firefox.
